Rocks
Definition
In the EOS framework, Rocks are the key priorities or big goals that need to be accomplished within a set timeframe (usually a quarter). They are SMART goals, meaning they are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-Bound. Rocks help teams focus on the most important tasks to achieve the company's overall vision.
